I would have given it 0 stars, but that is not an option. A total waste of money. I purchased this earhook for my bluetooth because mine did not come with an earhook. This flimsy piece of plastic broke after about two weeks of use.
Almost everytime I place my bluetooth in the charger for recharging, when I remove the earhook, one of the tips breaks off.Your shipping charges are excessive.
Bought extra because of low price.Good product. This is a product i knew before buying.
Although the device works well, I would recommend a bluetooth that has a more durable earhook over this product. Since the hook must be removed to charge the device, it would have been nice if the company had returned my email when I asked if they had another charger solution. The great price is not worth the aggravation of the earhook breakage. It was disappointing to have my boyfriend open his gift - love it - and break it within 24 hours. It was even more disappointing to order a replacement hook - pay $5 to ship it and have that one break even sooner.
IF IT COULD BE MADE TO BEND AND RETAIN ITS FORM WOULD BE NICE BUT FOR THE PRICE AND USAGE ITS WELL WORTH IT FOR THE PRICE THIS IS A GOOD EAR HOOK BUT IT COULD BE BETTER.THE RUBBER IS TO FLEXIBLE AND NOT FORM FITTING.
